SHW Insurance Services' Principals are, Jerry Thompson, CEO and Hadley Wood, President. Jerry and Hadley have extensive experience in the insurance industry and building trades.

With more than 20 years in the warranty and insurance industry I have had the opportunity to speak with volumes of builders all over the country and get to know what is most important to them in terms of insurance. We designed our insurance agency to reflect these needs and put customer service, variety of program options and creative risk placement at the top of our priority list.

We value every builder and subcontractor and appreciate every policy we write. Many of the other agencies seek out big volume-based builders and offer pre-packaged programs that may not fit the specific needs of the builder. We are available to builders, contractors and subcontractors of all sizes and work diligently to meet each of their needs individually.

In addition to being CEO of SHW Insurance Services, Jerry is also the CEO/President of StrucSure Home Warranty, Golden Insurance Company, and Four Points Reinsurance.

Hadley Wood

Hadley holds an MBA from UCLA and has over 15 years in the business arena. She was the former VP of MGM Studios prior to joining Jerry Thompson in partnership in 2005.

She has over five years insurance related experience and a wealth of building experience behind her. She bridges her knowledge of business and insurance by being President of SHW Insurance Services.
