As a Colorado licensed attorney, Macaulay brings 25 years of legal and homebuilding industry experience to StrucSure Home Warranty, having represented homeowners and builders, developers and contractors in construction defect disputes.

He has litigated and arbitrated more than 50 cases involving homeowners, builders, insurance companies and warranty companies. Macaulay is licensed in all Colorado State and Federal courts, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

With more than 20 years in the warranty and insurance industry I have had the opportunity to speak with volumes of builders all over the country and get to know what is most important to them in terms of insurance. We designed our insurance agency to reflect these needs and put customer service, variety of program options and creative risk placement at the top of our priority list.

We value every builder and subcontractor and appreciate every policy we write. Many of the other agencies seek out big volume-based builders and offer pre-packaged programs that may not fit the specific needs of the builder. We are available to builders, contractors and subcontractors of all sizes and work diligently to meet each of their needs individually.

In addition to being CEO of SHW Insurance Services, Jerry is also the CEO of StrucSure Home Warranty, Golden Insurance Company, and Four Points Reinsurance.
