SHW Insurance Services, Inc. is the sister company to one of the largest and most successful, structural home warranty companies in the nation, StrucSure Home Warranty LLC.  SHW Insurance Services, Inc. was formed in 2002 as a direct response to our builder, developer, and subcontractor clients that were looking for lower insurance rates and more diversity in program selection. We maintain membership in numerous Home Builder Associations and participate on many committees with the various HBA’s.  We are also licensed in several states and belong to several insurance associations such as the Professional Independent Insurance Agents Association.

Our goal has always been to accommodate our builder clients by providing them with multiple insurance options for their business, including:

We have been extremely successful in helping our clients grow their businesses by consolidating their risk management needs into simple and comprehensive “one-stop-shop” packages.  We can place all types of building trades from the smallest subcontractor to the largest track home developers. 

We pride ourselves in creative risk placement and have programs ranging from $500 annually (for our smaller clients) to individual segregated cell and self-insured captives (for our larger ones).  We have extensive experience in the building industry and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Our operation consists of some 15 employees whose duties range from administration to marketing to underwriting.  We have outsourced several functions to outstanding service providers.  Our risk management is performed by Beecher Carlson, a leader in captive management.  They are responsible for all aspects of accounting, actuary, and regulatory issues.  Legal counsel is provided by Donelson, Goodwin and Juarez, a top Denver firm.  Our CPA is KPMG, one of the top accounting firms in the nation.  Click here to learn about our principals.
