Lou Ann Fricano joined SHW Insurance Services as the Sales Manager in September, 2010.

She brings more than 30 years of insurance experience to the company and is highly experienced in all aspects of insurance services. Her expertise and follow-through allow customers to focus on their business, while leaving the risk and insurance challenges to Lou Ann and her team.

“Joining the SHW Insurance team gives me the opportunity to provide insurance services on a national scale,” said Lou Ann. “We work hard to ensure our clients receive the critical attention and assurance they need – especially in an economy where businesses want to cut corners, but simply cannot afford to.”

Lou Ann worked for 30 years selling commercial insurance to the construction industry in Southern Nevada, with the last 15 years geared specifically to homebuilders before joining SHW Insurance Services in September of 2010.  She has also worked with Pennsylvania Lumbermens Mutual and Leavitt Insurance, a national brokerage firm. Fricano holds a CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation.
