ABOUT US

SHW Insurance Services, Inc. was formed in 2002 as a direct response to the needs of businesses looking for lower insurance rates and more diversity in program selection. As the sister company to StrucSure Home Warranty LLC, one of the largest and most successful structural home warranty companies in the nation, the combined efforts of both companies allows us to be in the forefront of the building industry needs, as well as the needs of the various commercial businesses throughout our country. We are licensed in multiple states and belong to several insurance associations such as the Professional Independent Insurance Agents Association.

Our goal has always been to accommodate our clients by providing them with multiple insurance options for their businesses, including BOPS, Errors & Omissions, Inland / Marine Equipment coverage, Service Bonds, Worker's Compensation, Garage Liability coverage, and Commercial Auto. For our Builders, Developers and Sub-Contractors, we also have options for Wraps and Excess / Umbrella Policies, Contractors License Bonds and Performance /Payment Bonds, along with Builders Risk, Commercial General Liability, Worker's Compensation, Commercial Auto, Pollution Liability, and Structural Warranty coverage.

We have been extremely successful in helping our clients grow their businesses by consolidating their risk management needs into simple and comprehensive “one-stop-shop “packages. We pride ourselves in creative risk placement and have programs ranging from $500.00 pure premium annually (for our smaller clients) to individual segregated cell and self-insured captives (for our larger clients). We have extensive experience in the building and commercial business industries and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
